How may we assist you?


Technical Support and Software updates are only provided to
Riata CRM VAR's and end-users who are current on maintenance.

If you are an end-user, we encourage you to contact your VAR first for support.

End-users receive two hours of technical support each year maintenance is renewed.

To purchase a maintenance agreement, contact your local Riata CRM VAR.  You may also contact DDP directly at 281-538-2886 X110 and we will be happy to put you in touch with a Riata CRM VAR.

It is important that end-users work with their VAR.  VARs know more about your specific setup and needs.  Very often they will have your answers and then we at DDP can keep adding more features to
Riata CRM!

 

How it works

After you've submitted this form, we will review your report, along with checking to verify that you are current on maintenance.  We will determine if this is best handled by DDP's technical support or your Value Added Reseller.  We will make every attempt that you hear back from someone within 24 hours.
