  • End Users who are current on annual maintenance are entitled for up to 2 hours of installation support from someone at Data Developers Plus via phone, fax or email.  This support is intended to assist the VAR to facilitate the successful implementation of Riata CRM.  Data Developers Plus offers this support on a best efforts basis.  We will make every attempt to answer all questions and correct all issues.  However, we cannot guarantee a resolution for every request.
     
  • We also offer VAR approved end-user direct support contracts that allow you to receive technical assistance directly from Riata CRM Staff. Talk to your VAR to find out more information.

Patches

Patches are periodically posted that contain fixes and new Riata CRM features.  These patches are available to users who are current on Annual Software Maintenance.  Simply go to Help - Check for updates and Riata will let you know if there are updates for your version.  Click on the link below to see the changes and list of files affected.
